INTCIS Web Services provides website maintenance, content updates, and web development on a pay-per-task basis or subscription model. Our services include:

- Security updates and monitoring
2. Pricing and Payment
- Pay-Per-Ticket: Starting at $4/ticket
- Bulk Ticket Packages: Discounted rates for 20, 50, 100, 500, and 1000+ tickets
- Professional Update Plan: $25/hour (sold in ticket bundles)
- White Label Plans: Custom packages available
Payment Terms:
- All accounts must be in active status with full payment before work begins
- Only qualified and approved tickets are accepted for work
- Stripe and other secure processors handle all transactions
Important: By submitting your payment, you acknowledge that your task may be subject to qualification. All approved tasks are non-refundable once work begins. Please review our Terms and Refund Policy.
3. Service Delivery Process (Based on ITIL Value Delivery Model)
Step 1: Service Request Initiation
Clients submit tasks via our service form or client portal. Requests must include all required content and clear scope.
Step 2: Qualification & Assessment
Our team evaluates each request for clarity, feasibility, and alignment with our service scope. Tickets not qualifying will not be deducted.
Step 3: Design & Implementation Planning
Qualified tasks are planned and executed using Agile and DevOps practices, ensuring timely, quality results.
Step 4: Value Realization & Continuous Improvement
Delivered work is monitored, optimized, and refined post-completion. Feedback is encouraged for future improvements.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate requirements and credentials
- Approve tasks and quotes in a timely manner
- Ensure regular backups of their systems
- Respond to our queries for prompt delivery
5. Intellectual Property
- Clients retain rights to content and custom work
- INTCIS retains rights to processes and reusable code
- Third-party tools remain under their respective licenses
6. Data Security and Confidentiality
- All credentials and communication are securely handled
- Access is limited to authorized personnel
- We follow strict confidentiality and data retention protocols
7. Cookie and Tracking Policy
We use essential, analytics, and performance cookies. These include tools like:
- Google Analytics (site usage)
- Stripe (payment processing)
- WhatsApp (via Green API, Twilio, or Meta Cloud API)

8. Limitations and Warranties

- Corrections offered within 7 days of delivery
